the smoke is good!!!!

Ladies and gentleman the new smoker has now been christened.
I woke up this morning and took it out of the box and just smiled.
After putting it together I ran a cup of hickory through it to season it. As that was going on I decided to make a couple of FATTYES for the first smoke. Just to let you know that after three hours of blissful smoking. The temptation was too much I only have one left. Next on the agenda halibut I will try to have pictures before and after.
