I love this time of year. Men's college basketball is my favorite sport. It doesn't help living 28 miles from the University of Kansas Jayhawks!!!!

I love this time of year!

Now, with all of our friends here from Kentucky and Michigan and the Carolina's, I am confident that there are others out there who share this obsession with me.

I was going to tell people to give a shout-out for their favorite team in this thread, but screw your team!

NC State Wolfpack. It's a shame we are sucking quite badly. Course, I never bough the hype the commentators game the pack preseason. Unfortunately, turns out I was right. We actually had a nice shellacking last weekend. Somehow managed to only score 13 points in the 1st half. I could do that. Let me get to the half court line and I could lob a few up and maybe score 12 or so. Here's to better days. Beat Clemson this weekend!

We need to swich places. We have Dish Network and get the Big 10 network and almost every Hawkeye game (not complaining) but we don't get to see hardly any Clones games because they are carried by Media Com. (now I'm complaining)

AJ -- Couldn't agree more. The NCAA tourney gets me through the extended cold weather here in Meeechigan. I have tomorrow off on vacation and about 7-8 brackets entered. (including the SMF one ABOVE -- see the link)

I was raised on UK Wildcat basketball with Cawood Ledford calling the game. (my Dad always turned down the TV sound to listen to Cawood)

I became an ILLINI when I went to school there. I-L-L...

AJ, As someone who played HS bball in southern IL, I must always add that March Madness is a registered trademark of the IHSA. (and NCAA after a lawsuit)
