    No I aint talking about me.I went to fire up the fridge smoker Sat night and the damn door fell right off as soon as I opened it.I stuck it back togather best as I could and went to work smoking hams.If it will make it through one more smoke this season I think I will retire the poor critter.Im thinking about getting it over with and building me a smoke house.Ive seen some plans and some pictures here on the forum but if anyone has any ideas or suggestions Im all ears.Thanks,David

    Many of the books out there have plans for smoke houses in them.

    How big are you thinking?

    Do you want to hot smoke or cold smoke?

    What are you planning on smoking?
