Well I finally got around to setting up the New Bradley. Here are some qview of it being seasoned...







I am going to smoke some Sausage and a couple Meatloafs for its first smoke once it is seasoned...

I will be posting them as soon as I start getting it all ready, probably going to be in the morning when we start the actual meat smoking...

So far it seems like it is going to be a good smoker, Time will tell...
