Had to replace my fire box and completed the project on Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving.  So I figure I would try it on a few baby back, pork butt, and chuck roast.  This time I only used Everglades on the roast and soaked the ribs and butt in Coke Cola and it was great, if I must say so myself....  100% gone!
