I just wanted to take a moment and say thanks to everyone for all there help and wanted to say thanks to Jeff. I was able to smoke a pork butt over the weekend at work and everyone has lined up for 3 days now to get leftovers for lunch. I couldnt have done it without this site and the support from all.
