Hi everyone, I'm from Farmington Missouri, just a little south of St. Louis. I've had a Char Griller horizontal smoker without the side fire box for 6 years. I had mainly been using it for grilling but recently started smoking on it. My charcoal tray burnt through a couple weeks ago so I have started modifying it to be a full time smoker. I am getting a side firebox for Fathers Day today. I have been reading the thread on Char Griller mods and have gotten several great ideas. I'll share pics when I get the last of my parts in (should be this Friday).
