    my 9 year old son with the help and guidance of you all and the smoke and spice book just turned out the best ribs that i believe have ever been smoked / created in the state of nh. with the tips and knowledge from everyone here we cooked some serious Q. thanks guys, it tasted great and we spent some great time together cookin it, sorry no q view, we were busy cookin
