Hello coach.  My only advice is be sure to keep the ash cleared from under the coals.  If the ash builds up you get no air flow. No air flow, no heat.  It is nothing to stress over just something to look out for.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

Thanks Danny. I cleaned it out right after the photo. Got my first pork butt going now. Still have a few hours to go.
