Hi everyone. I'm getting ready to make pork terrine on Sunday and have a question . Was going to put it in small individual pans and was wondering can it be frozen? Please advise. I would hate to waste some. Am really looking forward to it. Some sliced onion and white vinegar with rye bread ...... I can taste it already.

Yes, Pork Terrine, Souse, Head Cheese and the like can be frozen. Wrap tightly or Vac-seal. It will be fine for a couple of months before there is any flavor loss...JJ

Thank you. That eases my mind. Ahhh I'm so looking forward to this! No one in my house would touch it with a ten foot pole but I love it. I do eat strange foods they say.lol.
