Tender Loins and Chicken

    Tossed on 2 small Tender loins and some chicken thighs..
    1 Loin was rubbed down with OO and then coated with Durkees checken and rib rub, the other coated with McCormicks Hickory wet rub. Both wrapped in thick sliced bacon. All chicken rubbed with OO and 2 coated with Durkees rub one Jeffs rub the 4th the wet rub. All cooked at 225 +/- 2-2.5 hours, used hickory chunks.. The Loin was moist and was real good pulled at 150 and wrapped in foil for 20 min.
