T Buckets And Blue Smoke

The National T-Bucket Assoc. is headquartered in my home town & every year they have a ralley here with approx 150 or so T-buckets coming into town for a week. This year they added a BBQ contest to go along with the other activities. It was pretty cool to listen to good music, check out some hot rods, smell the smoke, & pig out with 2 or 3 thousand of your closest friends.

We've always enjoyed the buckets and their owners and having the competition this year was icing on the cake. Maybe next year you can come over & check it out. Who knows maybe we can talk Peculiarmike into it,team up, & kick some butt.

i posted somewhere that around here ( bowling green,ky) is the gm vette factory- 2 yrs ago was the 60th anniv- 75,000 registered vettes in a town of 30,000 for the wkend before labor day..... literally every other car on the road was a vette. from '55 to off the line that day,,, i'll get pics this year.

Bet a bunch of them went out to Beech Bend Park and smoked some rubber. Neat place.

Mountain Home, 6 miles west of Lake Norfork & 10 miles east of Bull Shoals. I know it's a tough life but someone must make the sacrifice.
