This is my second smoked meatloaf. My family (especially my wife) thought it was great. They definitely like it better on the smoke than in the oven. 3lbs. hamburger 1lb ground pork 3/4 jar of Tostitos medium salsa 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg salt pepper garlic powder pinch of red pepper flakes Here it is just going on the SnP Pro Nice TBS About an hour in... (roughly 250-275) All done and waiting for slicing... Couple slices taken off... This was probably the best meatloaf I've made to date. Even the guys at work really liked it.
