Sundays Filet Mignons on the Scottsdale

Had family over Sunday, about 12 of us. My sister and I got Filets Mignons, then had corn, salad, and homemade sour dough.

Seasoned up the Filets Mignon with SPG rub, made some compound butter with fresh herbs, fired up some Pecan wood, and hit it.

This was a good time, good food, fun cook. Great way to spend a Sunday.
