Had a friend visiting for the weekend and the family wanted me to fire up the smoker. Oh alright, twist my arm. Like I need an excuse

So I got busy and rubbed some racks, slathered a bird and mixed up a batch of Dutch's famous beans for good measure. They must have liked it because after the dust settled, there wasn't much left.
