What (in pounds) is the capacity of an 8 qt. Enterprise. I'm in the market for a stuffer having only used the grinder in the past. I like the idea of the old cast Enterprises, but I make 25 to 50 lb. batches and don't want to spend more time filling the stuffer than stuffing casings. Please don't anyone answer "8 qts."
