Had a pack of drumsticks in the fridge and a half pack of bacon so......

I rubbed them with Lang Yellow rub then wrapped all that I could with the left over bacon and pinned them with rib probes

Loaded them in to a wing basket and on to the smoker which was cruising along at 240 using Oak

An hour in I had to take a peek, I also dusted them with more rub so it would adhere to the bacon as well

About 1hr and 50 min the Duke and I paid them another visit. Sauced them generously and left them on for another 15 min. They probed 180 ish with the thermapen except for 2

Pulled the finished ones out and left the 2 on for another 15 min. These drumsticks were pretty damn good

I smoked a pan of asparagus to go along with the cucumber, Tomato and onion salad my wife aka Baby Shanks made. (I gave her a BBQ thug name). Thanks for looking.
