I'm adding some finshing touches to a double 55 gallon smoker. The right side of the smoker is the fire box/grill the left side is the smoker. I tried to seal the smoker with high temp sealant and gaskets. I just ordered some more self sticking gaskets and door clams to help. I know this is a non traditional build but I was looking for that old style BBQ with a little more char on the food. I burnt the drums out smoked some ribs and grilled chicken.I got a consistant temp of 230 in the smoker.
