For those of you wanting to splurge upon yourself for christmas:
The Viking Store in St. Louis is going out of business. They have 30" Stumps style smoker but of course it is completely stainless. They had it marked down to $1800 when I was in there today. I bet they would deal on it just so they don't have to load it up and move it. I got my big Stumps there last year and I gave them about half of list.
I'd start at a grand with them on this one, you could always flip it
