Snack sticks in refrigerator

I have a mixture of venison and pork already stuffed in casings. How long can I leave them in the refrigerator before smoking them.
Just to clarify, the snack sticks have been mixed with seasoning and cure, and have been stuffed into casings.
Going to smoke today
They should be just fine. A Mariansky recipe had me recently hold in fridge with cure/salt post-mix before smoking for 10-14 days (still not sure why). So you're definitely good at only 3 days. Anyways, I'd just check the moisture level on the casings and adjust your drying period before smoking accordingly.
