Awesome work. How difficult is it to remove the wax for eating? Lose much cheese in removing wax? Thanks for posting!

LOL, Funny thing I dropped my Mom off at the airport this morning to fly home to Minne with some cheese and she lives in Apple Valley! Thanks much for the kind words!

Really great info Jason ! Nice work .

I use wax paper on my clamps and work table when I do glue ups in the shop . Works great .
Thanks and cheap wax paper can save you a lot of time with clean up!

Thank you! The wax comes off really easily. I know some people will wrap a piece unflavored dental floss around the cheese with the two ends outside of the wax to give you an easy way to open. Never tried it, but seems like a good idea.

Wow, that is such a cool process and you have it down pat. Your smoked cheese has 'LOVE' written all over it. Thanks for sharing your tips and knowledge of cheese smoking. It could very well inspire the rest of us to up our game a little.

Thank you for the kind words!! You are welcome, my family loves smoked cheese and by waxing and tossing on a label makes for great gifts.
