Good Morning,

My name is Sean and I'm from Cincinnati, OH. I've been smokin' for a about a year and half now so I decided to join the forum. I'm getting ready to smoke my first chuckie so any pointers would be appreciated

Are you planning on pulling the chuckie? They can be sliced but I think that they are the bees knees when it comes to pulled beef.
