First time and very easy. Not your typical holiday dinner, but we don't need a holiday to eat well as we always do anyway.


Ground beef, some onions, mild green chilis, smoked for about 1 1/2 hours.



Drained the grease and put some into the flour tortilla, added some beans and cheese, and rolled tightly. Then with the 2 flat sides put in a skillet to firm up and 1 minute in the microwave.
