Yep, the pimped out SF went away today. A wonderful gentleman up in Gladstone bought it. The KJ Classic II is next in the herd thinning.

Been thinking about getting a top end pellet grill/smoker as well. I have an MES40 for sausage and a KJ Classic I for grilling. Hesitant to get rid of the KJ because I'm not confident I'll like the "grilling" of the pellets. Interested to hear your thoughts

I have some I haven't cooked on for awhile . I have plenty of room , but have been thinking above moving some .

I wish my patio was a little bigger so this wouldn't be a problem. I've enjoyed cooking on the SmokeFire and the KJ and they have provided learning experiences but I just don't use them enough to justify the space. Five or six years ago I had a small gas grill that I sold to my neighbor to get it out of the way for new sunroom / patio construction. It was a Weber Spirit E-210 w/ fold down side shelves. It's going on ten years old now and he is still using it and I'm still kicking myself for selling it. So, eventually, I think a new E-210 and my Performer kettle will be the only grills on the patio.
We have our grand kids over in the summer quite often to play on the water slide and they always need fed. The E-210 is a perfect grill for burgers, dogs, chicken breasts and the occasional take and bake pizza.
Another thing I remember about that grill was the design made for easy cleaning.
There, I've talked myself into it!

With the new Spirit models already on the floor the previous years models can be had cheap. My local Ace was basically giving away two of them.

Yeah, I'll be hitting the hardware stores between now and Memorial Day.
