smoked rump roast

    I smoked a rump roast today and thought I would share some q-view with all the fine folk here at the SMF.
    I rubbed it with some grub rub (good stuff) and seared it real good. Smoked it for about 4 hours. The internal temp was 196 when I pulled it off the smoker. Added it to some potatoes, carrots, onions, and a little bit of garlic.
