this is the first and not the last meat loaf from the smoker.It is ground beef veal and pork,stuffed with sauted onoins garlic cheese blend and spices.rolled cooled and then smoked low and slow till done.befor the internal temp was reached I pulled them out and brushed my sause on them then let them finish. Thanks to all the Ideas on this forum,My mind just runs wild..
