I did a 7 day brine on a ham, smoked it, then froze the leftovers. I finally got around to doing something with the ham so I ground it up and made some ham balls, etc...
What I am looking for if anyone had made jerky or some type of summer sausage out of leftover smoked ground ham?
If you have and it turned out good, would you be willing to share a recipe!!!
