I had a significant amount of leftover chicken from my smoke on Sunday, so I decided to try it as chicken alfredo and I'm glad I did. I did up some shrooms with olive oil and minced garlic. I planned on making my own cream sauce which is great but I was overruled due to caloric issues with my sauce. Anyway just got some classico 4 cheese alfredo which is good. I put a quick sear on the chicken, and added everything into the pool with a small can of peas. Try it out sometime if you've got leftover yardbird. If you already like chicken alfredo, you'll love it with smoked chicken.
