Couldn't think of another place on the board for this. hey are sometimes beef and sometimes pork, and always delicious. I put four pork brascioles on the smoker for a couple hours yesterday while I made a pot of marinara. I then put the brascioles in a pan, put some marinara on 'em, and let 'em finish in the usual fashion. They came out GREAT. The smoke is a nice addition to the flavor mix. I'll take pics next time.
