Smoked Bacon Cheeseburgers! Q-View!

  1. 4 half pound Burgers with just some cracked pepper.





    Smoked the bacon for about 40 mins at 250 degrees





    Cook them for about a hour and a half at 250 degrees (I like mine well done)



    I smoked some onion slices and added sliced Pepperjack Cheese, Horseradish,Ketchup, Musturd on a onion Bakery Bun.....The Smoked Bacon Cheeseburger and it was AMAZING!

    You kept it simple, and it looks great.

  6. Look great! I would go medium rare however for me! So would guess cut 45 minutes off time?? Thx for picks!

    Never seen a burger with a little smoke ring!!! Bet it was yummy:)

    Have to try that sometime, maybe mix in some pork and go to 1 1/2 inches?

    I'm hungry, time for lunch!

    Nice Job Matt! Next time throw some thin sliced or shaved ham in the smoker to go with it... Pig N Bulls are great smoked!
