Hey everybody. My intent was to smoke a raw ham for Thanksgiving but I didn't realize that you had to cure the pork shoulder to make it a ham. So I smoked the shoulder as I would a Boston Butt. It turned out pretty good but I don't think it is as good as an actual boston butt would have been. I made a video of the pork shoulder on the uds and here is the video.
