Got a small brisket rubbed down, going on the weber kettle.
Using Chupacabra rub.

Brisket turned out good. For us the smalls are better so i dont have 5 pounds of brisket in the freezer.
My wife and our friends asked for thin slices. Ok

Thanks Bear and everyone. Small is good for us now, wont have a ziplock in the freezer now.
The Resort want to know how much meat it would take to feed 200 people. (pork, brisket, sausage) and how long it would take? YIKES
