Epic, purely epic. Did one early with more smoke for giggles, but I did a mushroom pesto spread with fresh tomatoes and some vinegar and these two day marinated skirt steaks that have been sitting in lime, cilantro and olive oil. WOW what a fantastic way to enjoy skirt steaks.

Man !.......Those things have got TACOS written all over them.....wonder if I could do the same with "ARACHERRA"....worth a try !!! I'm still full from supper (whole deep fried chicken in my Master Built Fryer) but this steak is starting to make me drool again......

Those look great any we used to make them for fajitas and tacos all the time
 
Superb! The color on those is outstanding! Skirt steak is on the menu for Thursday night. Now all you did was marinate in oil, lime, and cilantro? Too easy. Maybe a little garlic and onion.
 
I kid you not, it's sandwiches like this one that get me closer and closer to opening my own pig out joint. This was so simple, and probably one of the best lunches I have ever made. Even my cousin who is a professional chef was raving how that sandwich could launch a restaurant. Now if I just had the financial backing to do it.

I watch too much Diners Drive ins and Dives, as well as Man V Food. But it keeps the dream alive.
