Guess I need to reintroduce myself since I had joined after 10/10/08.
Hi I'm SixPack from Virginia.
I'm a backyard smoker. I have a couple of Horizontal Smokers with side fire boxes.
I am in the middle of two projects building a pig cooker and a vertical smoker. Thats what led me to this site to begin with.
Man I was surprised at all the knowledge here at SMF and the willingness of the members here to share their knowledge. The speed of the replies to questions is just awsome. Well done everyone.
