Spending the morning looking for Black Friday Deals! Not really finding much but bought a new CPAP mask. Trying a new one. Placed a order with Walleye Direct. Miss my Michigan Fish!. Thought about one of the new Xbox's. I only buy used games or good deals on new and not sure it really worth upgrading? Trying to talk myself into a new Audio Video Receiver. I have the Pioneer 303 and should of bought 305! The 303 is a good Receiver but I need a little more power. It is 100 watts per channel and really could use the 20 extra watts. I am running mine almost max sometimes. I had to add a cooling fan to it to keep it from shutting down. Dirac Live is a must for me. They have the Onkyo TX-RZ50 on sale for $879 which is a great deal. Normally $1600

Good deal , get what ya want and need.
Walleye direct - care to elaborate? Always into new fishing gadgets.

Walleye is my favorite fried fish . Used to be a Tavern here that had it on Fridays . Fresh caught . The mercury levels got so high in them , they stopped selling it .

Ice is getting thick enough, hoping to get out Monday for eyes and perch. Can't find minnows around here though. Cleaned out the lady at bait shop of her last 12 minnows, she was apologetic and ticked off at the same time. Says she has them ordered. Even gave the people her minnow traps to use. Hope it isn't like that all winter 😩

I ended up getting sampler with Walleye, Bluegill, Yellow Perch and Northern Pike, Beer Battered Walleye Strips, Smoked Whitefish, Lake Trout and Salmon and they threw in some Smoked Salmon Spread. All thing consider not bad for $225. Also used a 10% off coupon.

Still trying to talk myself into new receiver but than I going to need a new entertainment system as this wont fit anywhere but on top and I all ready pushing the weight limit.

I switched things around last year when I bought a new TV . Went with a sound bar and wireless sub and surround . Sure makes it easy , and sound damn good too . Sometimes wish I would have gone the receiver route because I had just bought 2 Klipsch speakers and a center channel .
Old JVC had 2 front , 2 rear and two for the middle . Center channel and sub .
Outdated , but still sounded good .

This is the spurge time of year. A guitar , pjs and a big heavy robe rounded out my spurge. Funny story about the guitar I went and bought a nice used one for my Grandson for Christmas. Fiddled with it a little and decided u want to take it back up sooooooo had to go find another for him lol. Funnier is I'm actually keeping the second one

The credit cards are steaming from my wife and I
She wanted some bedding (dang that stuff is expensive).
I ordered a chest freezer from Home Depot and another remote thermometer as I left my Signals back north.
My A/V equipment back home is sadly outdated, but I'm not looking to upgrade.

There you go! Keep yourself busy running some minnow traps.

Hard to hold back this time of year withe prices. If it where not for having to buy a new entertainment system I would buy that receiver! I have done very well upgrading most my speakers buying used. I got a killer deal on my mains, Paradigm Studio reference 100 V.2. I running 4 subs which isn't easy to do.

Always looking at sales , and very hard to not buy things I really don't need . But think I want.

My phone is getting out of date, ( as I was told when I tried to install a new airline app on mine )
so been looking very hard at new ones...... but holy hell the prices for the phones . And the contracts if you try to not buy phone outright are also out of this world.

And the search continues today before the sales end.

I been with tracfone here in the states for years. Decent phones for $100 and plan is only $20 a month. Serves me well. Good luck shopping.

I am hearing impaired since I was 3 y.o. 60%/80% hearing loss in left/right ears.
So…
When surround sound systems came out I was all about them. Ran Onkyo receiver and amp with Infinity speakers, 2 with powered subs plus a regular down-firing sub. I love hearing breaking glass over the thump, thump of helicopters flying!

Moved 3 years ago. Retired my 20 y.o. Onkyo system. Built a new viewing area. Switched to Yamaha receiver and Klipsch speakers. Still stayed with 5 speaker surround. I found the wall mounted Klipsch subw to be weakish so I added my infinity down-firing sub back into the mix. Been very happy with the new system.

Check out Yamaha/Klipsch before you make a final decision…they didn’t break the bank either.
