Sirlion suggestions

    I pulled a piece of meet from the freezer labeled sirloin and thought it was a roast and was going to smoke it. Thawed it out and it's cut into steaks about 3/4 inch thick. [​IMG] Other than just throwing it on the grill, thought I'd put it out here for suggestions.

    If you HAVE to smoke... leave it stacked. MAybe a bit of rub/seasoning in between. Other than that a hot grill and a quick steak.

    It would make some excellent jerky
