South Louisiana-Yes, it is HOT
Had a shrimp boil this past Saturday night. Made a remoulade salad tonight with the left over shrimp and one small piece of smoke sausage. Picked the greens from my fall garden...just now coming in good.....

Heck Yeah! Looks delicious. Your remoulade has become a regular around here.
Thanks Brian! Yeah- that remoulade is pretty good.

That's the perfect use for leftover shrimp. Looks great, Keith!!

Looks great. A great idea for them leftover skrimps and I'm sure the remoulade makes a great salad dressing. I'm a big fan of thousand island, but jack my recipe up to remoulade for stuff like po boys.

If you weren't keto a nice crunchy piece of garlic toast would go well!

Looks like a nice raised bed hoop house there. I razed my in ground garden a few year ago. Got tired of battling the disease, bugs and animals (even the squirrels decided they liked my tomatoes after 15 years of never touching them); but I was just sitting here thinking, "I should build me a raised bed to use with my hoop houses...then remembered they were crushed under a 60 foot pine that striped across my backyard after a super heavy snow then a windstorm started snapping and uprooting trees all over a few years ago.

Done with gardening. My wife even has to pot some basil if she wants one, I dont plant anything anymore! Too much work to do around the house already without it.
