Hey folks,

I'm a newbie smoker (1 shoulder on record) with a Char-Broil H20 unmodified charcoal smoker. I live up in Beverly MA but moving soon to the Philly PA area. I'm smoking a shoulder tomorrow and am pumped - thanks for all the postings with recipes and tips!
