Second Pulled Pork

A few weeks ago I tried my hand at a pulled pork using meowey's instructions in the sticky on this forum. It turned out great, so yesterday I did another one and took some pics to document. (My first attempt at sharing some 'Q-view.) Just for good measure, I threw in a couple beer-can chickens as well. Here are picks of the whole process:

Rubbed and bagged the evening before

Preheating the offset

Chickens out, and time to foil the pork

Wrapped and into the cooler

Chickens ready for the freezer

Out of the wrap


Pulled & ready for dinner
