Second chicken in toy smoker

    I cranked up the heat right away. 350 degreesF. It worked perfectly and tasted better than it looked.
    Q view is pending.
    Photobucket is not co operating today.

    I'm driving up Friday to do some nite backpacking and establish my camp. Saturday I'm gonna do some gear testing for a tent manufacture and leaving mid morning Sunday. What's your weekend look like?

    It has made me an excellent brisket a superb pastrami. Buckboard and canadian bacon. Now the 2 chickens.

    I was looking for a larger unit but it seems that this actually is all we need..

    If the resulst were only fair it would be gone already. I have a second one in a box in my storage room.
    I could easily do 4 pastramis and about 8 buckboard bacons if i utilize both and install the 2 tier racks in both.

    Im up to my ears in hot rod motorcycles and wine making now.[​IMG]

    Its just the looks of the large black cast iron things that tempts me.[​IMG]
