Rubbed a 5# butt, tryin a lemon n garlic marinated turkey log and some double smoked sausages. Rolling up my italian style fatty later on!

Also warming up Dutch's modified baked beans from last weekend
Turkey roll at 160*, gonna rest for a few and slice, family was starving

Butt at 154*, will foil at 160 and finish to 200*+ Looks like sammies for lunch tomorrow

Actually got a pretty nice smoke ring! Fairly moist with great smoke (mesquite/cherry mix) What the heck, they were 2 for 1......
