(Friday night) Butt injected and rubbed and yardbird is brining:

(Sat Morning 7:00 am)Butt goes on

And of course the Sweet Thin blue smoke

More pics to follow

Will do some baby backs and put the yardbird on this afternoon. I have a half brisket left from my last smoke that I vacum sealed down, any ideas on the best way to reheat it?
On the reheating...send it on to me and I will poke a small hole in the end of the vacuum seal then place it in a container of warm water on the stove and wait till it is eating temp

Nice looking wind break you built!

Keep the hole above the water please
Yardbirds in.....

Now it's time to go make some wicked baked beans, scalloped potato's and cornbread!!!!!

Food porn to follow.
Tonto...lookin good there...
...but you have failed to send in samples for the required QC checks...
..please comply...
Well here's the finished product's

Fatties:one stuffed with sauted peppers and onion's, the other with well..stuffing

Smoking company:

Man o man! Thatâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s a tasty lookin spread ya got there partner and partneress! I expect you have it packed up waiting for the UPS man so I should have it by 3:00 a.m. for quality control studies (Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ll do THIS 1 for Free!) cause I like you 2!
well didn't get to smoke, instead we had to do the girls bday party and so it was homemade pizza and well.....cake....... little lady made the sauce and did the entire cake herself...... (if I had the time I would have made the mozz cheese...all that I've made would not have been enough, and the pepperoni....)

I love Tazz!!! Home made pizza's the best if you don't live in NY!!! Looks good smoked.
Nice job Tonto & Bud! Very nice!

I'm gonna have to head in the house and reheat some leftovers after look'n at that.
That windbreak is really cool. I'd like one of those, but if I tried to build it, not only would it not look right, it would take up half my backyard.
WOW what a feast , i just licked my monitor for a taste !!
,, looks like those deeer are hungry ??? lol, maybe you gotta take one of those & make venison ..
