Hello everyone! As you may have guessed my name is Walter. My favorite things to smoke are Ribs,  Shoulders, butts, legs of lamb and Jalapenos. I had a Charbroil side box for 4 years until Hurricane sandy took her and my home from me. I'm back in a brand new home. I drove 5 hours for a 300 gallon round oil tank I will be making into my next smoker. That's going to be awhile though, so in the meantime I'll get another charbroils since the last one served me well. I browsed a few threads from Pops and a few others, and I'm looking forward to getting to know you and learning how to be the best I can be. My avatar is my old smoker with 3 butts after 10 hours.
