I'm so stupid at times......Should have put this in along time ago. Laura (the better half) and I love smoked salmon so I smoke a side about every 2 weeks. Doing it now. We really enjoy a sauce/dip I make (basic came from my mom-give credit where due). I have never written down exact portions. Just "go with the flow". Equal parts mayo & sour cream S & P to taste some garlic powder/granules dried minced onion alot of dill weed (dried or fresh) Mix all together and put in fridge for at least 2 -3 hrs for flavors to meld. Good with fresh veggies also!
