Hey guys & gals I discovered this site while goggling info on curing a Brinkmann Vertical Square Smoker I just bought on an impulse last Sunday, and I already love this site! The Q-Views make my mouth water! Labor Day will be my first official smoke with the grill and I plan on doing it big! 4 Racks of spares, a butt, some sausage and a few turkey legs. I'm no stranger to grilling and smoking but this site will definitely take my smoke game to the next level! After reading through this site I've already swapped out the charcoal bowl for a grill wok and invested in a good meat thermometer. I cant wait till Monday morning. I already have the ribs and butt marinating!
