rolling up ribs

Besides conserving space are there any benefits to rolling a slab of ribs up in a circle?

also, any pics of this?? not sure how you would do it?

i could see maybe soaking a fattie in wine or beer- stuffing it w/ jalapenos, shrimp, lobster, & or crab, & stuffing wrapping that in bacon and making a rib wrap-now that would be great- go to 225 internal temp.
