looks great. never knew Tony's had pre-made injections. now the gears are spinning and in search mode. is that stuff safe to ship? unfortunately the only place I see it down here is in neighborhoods requiring two full magazines.
The marinades from Tony’s are good, should be able to get them from the Walmart. They should ship to your store if you have one available.
 
That looks KILLER! Nice job! There would be no sense in freezing any at my house!

Found a tri tip and cooked it over lump charcoal to 125f then let it rest for longer than I meant to, it was a little over done for me but everyone who ate it said it was great. I thought it was good but I’m my worst critic.

Some of the EoR I smoked up last week. Went into a roll with horseradish, tomato, lettuce, pickled red onions, and sharp cheddar that I had also smoked (separately, of course). Glad to have an old deli slicer for the thin cuts... even if it is a space-hogging beast!
