Had some friends over yesterday and decided to fire up the GOSM BB. Pulled out 4 racks of Baby backs that I got for 2.39 a lb.

Pulled the membrane and rubbed em down.

Smoked them at 230˚ with Hickory and Pecan. Sprayed with AJ every hour. Did 2-1.5-.75

When I foiled I decided to try something different. I sliced a Walla Walla Sweet Onion and put in on top of a rack to cook while in the foil.

Sorry for the poor picture here it was my cell phone.

Then threw on 12 chicken legs with a light coating of rub.

Here's the finished chicken

And Ribs

Did beans as well just didnt get pics.

The onions came out nice and soft with decent flavor. Didnt add too much to the ribs. Def a nice way to get the onions done

. Next time I would take them off and throw into a pan and crisp a tad bit with some Balsamic

Thanks for watching everyone.

Looks like some good eats
