Work schedule has been pretty brutal lately and haven't had much time to get proper smokes in, but have been able to get a good many cooks in on the griddle.

We had an old friend visiting town stop by for dinner last night. I made smash burgers. Served the kids at the bar and my wife and our friend at the table. Nothing fancy - two patties with cheddar, ketchup, mayo, mustard, onions both ways, and pickles. Our friend said it was "easily a restaurant quality burger" - quite a compliment and worth the effort of cooking!

Looks great
Better than eating out.

Eat at the new outdoor station? Got heat yet? Got pretty crisp again last night.
Hah hah I almost bought a propane heater and a couple more tanks yesterday, wife talked me out of it! Thanks for the compliment on the burger!

Hell yes. The big onion slices and oh boy... crinkly fries!!
Thick slices for raw, really thin for sautéed. Love the bite of a thick onion slice.

Looks better than any restaurant burger to me.

Looks like an awesome burger to me!

MCOK, Looks awesome !

Great looking burger. TV commercial worthy!

Looks spectacular !!

Restaurant quality would be an insult to me and by the looks of your burgers should be to you as well. Very nice looking burgers.

I would wait in line for that!
Looks great!

Thanks very much gents. Surprised and humbled at the number of reactions from a group of vets!
