For all those who PM'd me on the old Farmalls, I just rescued an old Farmall F14 from the scrap yard. They were gettin ready to cut up this poor old girl when we pulled in.

Just could bear to see it happen. Another project to do this winter while da smoker's doing it thing!!!
 
Wow... very cool. Hmm there's a place around Petoskey, MI somewhere..tons of old tractors and they have events and stuff...right off tha main drag into town...32?. Bet someone here in MI know it. Neat place!

After seeing some of your pics , I guess we got a newer Farmall up to camp.
It's a 340 and doesn't really have to work too hard . Tote a trailer , plow a lil' snow , drag a log or two outta the woods for fire wood.
Gotta get the brakes done and it will get some real exercise , got an old road grader that needs to get run up and down the road up there.

Scrape the sides up twards the middle and rake it out a bit keeps the crown on the road.
 
1894, very nice!! Brakes on those are a pain in the..... There's a company out there with an up grade. I have'nt tried them yet but will let ya know how they work out.

, There's just enough left to hold the tractor on a gentle slope. But not risking the steep grade above the creek with the grader and weak brakes
